Clinic Policies & Etiquette
Arrival at the clinic
Please wait in the waiting area upon arriving, your practitioner will be with you shortly. Intake forms must be filled out, as well as signing our policy agreement before receiving any services in our wellness center. Masks are optional but this is subject to change at any time due to current mandates. Feel free to talk with your therapist directly regarding masking preferences.
What to Expect
Please expect to fill out an intake form upon arrival if you are a new client. Your practitioner will go over your forms with you in private to discuss a customized therapeutic plan to suit your needs the best for what is going on in your body at the time. If we feel we cannot accommodate your needs, you may be referred out to another friendly professional whom we think may be a better fit for you. We practice modest and professional draping techniques in our office and do everything in our capabilities to ensure your safety and comfort during your session. Clients and
practitioners are expected to communicate during the session to ensure comfort is met on all levels. If you are uncomfortable with something, experiencing pain, or would like pressure adjustments etc. please communicate with your practitioner to ensure a satisfactory experience. Your practitioner should be checking in with you regularly as well to make sure your needs are being met consistently.
Appointments
Please call, or text the business phone number line to schedule an appointment. We do not make appointments via social media accounts. We offer 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions in our clinic. If you have any limitations or special needs please feel free to reach out as we may be able to accommodate them. If you are late for your appointment please send a text or use another form of communication to let us know we will still be seeing you. If you are more than 20 minutes late for a session, there is a likelihood we will not be able to complete the session that day and it will need to be rescheduled, and payment for the time scheduled will still be expected. All client cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. Inner Light Massage & Wellness reserves the right to charge in full for no call-no show appointments. If you are chronically late for appointments or have a no call- no show on file, you will be expected to pre-pay for all future appointments. If your practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason, our office staff will do our very best to accommodate your appointment needs to the soonest next available appointment.
Payment
All payment is due at the time of service. Please see our "services menu" for current pricing and options. Cash is preferred but credit/debit cards are also accepted. Sorry, but we do not accept checks at this time. Our office is in the process of accepting insurance, but unable to do so at the current moment. If you are interested in services covered by your insurance please speak with our office staff and they will add you to our communication list to contact you as soon as this is an option in our clinic. Tips are never expected and always appreciated.
Professional Practices
This is a wellness clinic owned and operated by professionals. All practitioners are expected to remain professional at all times, as well as our client base. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in our clinic whatsoever. This includes inappropriate language, sexual comments, improper touching or advances, etc. Any behaviors deemed as inappropriate will result in immediate termination of session, session must still be paid for and you will be asked to not come back.
Client Confidentiality
Our clinic follows up to date HIPAA policies. All client flies are kept confidential in our clinic. If you have any questions or need additional details, please ask to speak with someone on our management team.
Recourse Policy
This is dealt with on a case by case basis. Please speak with someone on our management team if you have any issues or complaints and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your case and ensure satisfaction in the future.
Equipment Policy
Equipment provided in the space is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, including the yoga trapeze/swing, yoga and exercise equipment etc. Inner Light Massage & Wellness is NOT responsible or liable for any misuse or injuries that may occur from using the equipment.

Before receiving treatments in our clinic, all policies must be agreed upon and a document signed. If you do not sign the policy agreement, Inner Light has the right to refuse service.
